Objective:Through animal experimentation, to research the density change of the mouse' red blood cell and haematopoiesis growth factors, such as EPO, T, the observation has restored strengthen Yang of Compound prescription whether could increase the red blood cell content, thus improve the oxygen carrying capacity of the organism;groping for the mechanism of strengthen Yang of Compound prescription to increase the mouse sports ability, and provide some scientific theory basis with Chinese native medicine for enhancing the movement ability in the training. Method: 128 male Wister big mouse were randomly selected, about 200g, and divided into4 groups: SC (Sedentary control group), TC (Training control group), SM (Sedentary+ medicine group), TM (Training+ medicine group). The TC and TM after 8 weeks training on the animal stage. The Medicine groups mouse were filled with strengthen Yang of Compound prescription before training 1 hour every day. After 8 weeks trainings or filling Chinese herbs, then each group randomly were divided into 4 submits as static condition, the quota load group, the instantly exhausting group and the renewing 12 hour group, Exhausting time was recorded. Each group of mouse was beheaded for blood in the corresponding time, to test red blood cell, hemoglobin and haematocrit, prepared serum for measuring EPO and T. All of the data have been processed by SPSS13.0 software package with One-Way ANOVA between groups, the significance reached P<0.05. Result: 3.1 The mouse exhaustible time of each group, the TM group are longer than theother groups remarkably (P<0.01);TC and SM have not significance difference, but both longer than SC evidently.3.2 Under the static condition, the mouse RBC, Hb and HCT: the TC is lower than the SC, the SM and the TM respectively, TC and SM have not any significance difference, but both lower than the SM slightly;after the quota load group every group have not any significance difference;Every parameters of mouse are remarkably heightened the instantly exhausting group which compared to the corresponding static condition, but the difference of every group was still remarkable. After 12 hours restoring, the RBC without difference of each group.3.3 Under the static condition, the immediate ends of exhaustive exercise, and the renewing 12 hour: TC, SM and TM are higher remarkably than SC of the mouse serum EPO, especially TM is higher than other groups obviously;each group hasn't remarkable difference in the quota load group. TC and SM have not the significance difference under each kind of condition.3.4 The mouse serums testosterone: the TC has the declinable tendency compared to the SC group, the TM and the SC ,but have not obviously change, and the SM is lower than SC without remarkably under the static condition. Each group of mouse has not the significance difference under the corresponding state of training.Conclusion:4.1 Strengthen Yang of Compound prescription and training can prolong the exhaustive time of the mouse, improve the mouse's sports ability remarkably.4.2 Training reduced the mouse RBC, with the compound prescription may slow down the declinable tendency, promote red blood cell and hemoglobin;Prompts strengthen Yang of Compound prescription can promote the RBC, this is one of the reasons for eliminating the weary symptom occurrence.4.3Only the training or strengthen Yang of Compound prescription can promote the EPO, both of them act on together may better promote excretion of the serumEPO, for promoting the red blood cell to provide the possibility;and Chinese medicine may improve the mouse's aerobic capacity.4.4 Strengthen Yang of Compound prescription can maintain the testosterone density to be relatively stable, thus increase the erythropoietin during training period, both influence red blood cell various parameters change. Only Chinese medicine cannot raise the T of the mouse, which reason waits for further studies.
