Study On The Modular Teaching Of Mathematics In Secondary Vocational Schools

Nowadays the situation of secondary vocational maths is not so optimistic. The problemswe are facing are bad maths background acknowledge, limited class hours, poor teaching forceand obsolete ideas in teaching methods and evaluating measures, which makes it necessary tochange the present situation and make some reformations.The modularization teaching of maths in secondary vocational school is aimed to teachstudents for sufficient and necessary acknowledge according to their aptitude difference. It isour task to let the pupils apply with what they have learned in their daily work and life, theirprofessional learning and vocational development. The teaching contents must beintegrated into modularization. We can flexibly select module by means of group cooperativelearning, guide study of learning case, teaching of activity curriculum, task-based teachingmethod, application-oriented Teaching and auxiliary teaching methods by using moderntechnical tools(such as calculator, computer and network system)ect. so that we can carryout innovative evaluation in modularization teaching.This article analyzes the situation of secondary vocational maths and constructs themodularization teaching system in secondary vocational maths on base of related theory byusing the ways "deepening teaching target, integrating teaching contents, reforming teachingmethods and innovating teaching evaluation". This will help us to solve the problems that weare facing in maths teaching and make the maths teaching become into the foundations inprofessional acknowledge learning, vocational skills training, continuing education receivingand life-long development.The modularization teaching system in secondary vocational maths provides a newthinking way and orientation for secondary vocational teaching reform.
