The curriculum reform of basic education has put forward new ideas about teaching and learning. Teaching process should put emphasis on construction of knowledge and technique; teaching assessment should focus on process and method of teaching and learning; teaching target should be three-dimensional value orientation, which includes emotion, attitude and sense of worth. To classroom teaching, it emphasizes that teaching should aim at cultivating initiative and practice ability, emphasize interactive relationship between teacher and student, pay close attention to student's experience, value and significance of life, advocate comprehensive and harmonious development education. Higher vocational education teaching should focus on vocational ability and comprehensive making; theory knowledge should follow criterion of"necessary"and"adequate"; emphasize to cultivate practical multi-talent. So how to put these new ideas to teaching, according to higher vocational education teaching target and student's characteristic, is the central problem to think over and resolve in this study. For this purpose, the researcher have investigated and analyzed the shortcomings in current higher vocational education teaching, then explored comprehensively the constitution of group, the choose of teaching model and the use of assessment in teaching of early-child education of 01,o2, 03 in WeiFang educational college, using"Qualitative Research Approach"and"Neutral Chairperson Approach"in theory and demonstration. Experimentation has established a teaching mode which intercommunion teaching centers on probing into questions and simulation teaching based on scene centers on designing activity. Furthermore, the pattern is more propitious to group teaching.
