Culture has gained popularity in both academic circle and the public in recent years, which indicates the meditation and pursuit of the value of life; which reflects that culture, as the fruit of human civilization, necessarily is the need of a person's life.This paper proposes the concept of "Culture-Chinese", meaning culture is an integral part of Chinese language teaching. It develops the theory on which this concept is conceived and then illustrates some practical work.This paper includes four parts.The first part points out that the objective of Chinese teaching plays an important role in the research of Chinese teaching both theoretically and practically. Then, it analyzes the various Chinese teaching objectives ever existent, on which the present objective is forwarded: to cultivate a person with rich cultural knowledge.The second part includes the analysis of "Culture-Chinese" in three respects: objective, content and methodology. Objective includes "speech performance" and "cultural cultivation". Speech performance consists of expressive ability and morality, the latter being culture.Chinese language consists of language competency, speech performance and culture.
