"Dialogue" is one of the indispensable conditions for the social existence and development. With the social development and the human progress, "dialogue" has become a perusing state it also has become an effective tactics to reach a destination at same time."Dialogue" was utilized in the education from ancient times. Confucius, Socrates were the examples. It was in 1990s that people, really put the concept into the education. The maladies of style of the long-term traditional teaching provide the necessity for the "dialogue" teaching the humanism and the fool utilization of the Chinese subject provide the feasibility for it."Dialogue" teaching advocates that Chinese teaching should be carried out equally between teachers and students and it emphasizes that teachers, students, and textbooks are all independent objects. It lays stress on mutual communication in order to make conflicts and affection between new experience and old one and causes sense Changes and the reconstruction of the knowledge structure combining the requirement with 《The Chinese course standard of the obligatory education》 . At last it can create new significance and make students learn initiatively.The core value of "dialogue teaching" is that teachers and students face "topic" jointly, communicate with each other and sincerely absorb the messages from others, and the knowledge of yourselves are aroused 6y other people's points of view thus to form conscious collision, the mixture of vision, create new magnificence separately and new thoughts. So teachers and students can benefit from the knowledge and morals.Through a period of teaching practice adopting "dialogue" teaching is necessary and feasible either from the aim or the contents and route of the Chinese education. Meanwhile it is effective enormously.
