Due to the development and percolation of the electroniccommunications network throughout the world which is based on theinformation technology and changes with each passing day,the regionand globalisation tendency of the educaion and study is becoming moreand more obvious and has turned into the key topic for all countriesto develop strategies and make policies on education in the newcentury. The goal of modern education is in the final analysis todevelop the popular education for the whole people in a digitalenvironment, where the distance learning provides thepossibilities of achieving the goal. However, as far as the distancelearning is concerned, there still arises many problems during thecourse of the fast development.The logical starting point of thedistance learning system is the separation between the teacher andthe students in time and space, on the basis of which the new conceptis "teaching interaction".The teaching interaction is defined as themutual exchanges and actions between the students and all thelearning environment, which see the correct meaning structure as themain purpose. It also involves in the occurrence including not onlythe exchanges and actions between the teacher and the students andamong the students themselves, but also beween the students and theiruseful resources. The function of teaching interaction is to changethe students so as to make such changes draw closer to the teachingaims.The teaching interaction lays its emphasis on the significanceof the interchanges and interactions for the students, therefore,the quality and the level of the teaching interaction are the keyfactors that can restict the distance learning.At present the methodsof studying the interactive law are rare, so is the guidance on therecognition of the interactive process in theory. The essay is goingto make an attempt at putting forward the effective strategies ofpromoting the teaching interaction of long-distance education in TVUniversity after inspecting the current teaching situations on thebasis of seeking the theory guidance.All these are done by combiningtogether the characteristics of teaching in TV and BroadcastingUniversity and embarking from the reality.This essay puts the recognition and development of theinteractive phenomenon in the first place and make sure the agreementtheory in the second after the predecessor's recognition of theinteractive principle.The content includes: the definition, theessence,and the classifications of the teaching interaction, as anyresearch starts with the relevant concept system. There are variouskinds of concept systems, among which Dr.Chen stands out to lay thefoundation for this essay. Based on the theory research and combiningwith the long-distance opening education, this essay chooses theteachers and students(Grade04 and Grade05) in Qingdao TV UniversityChengyang Branch as the research objects,and analyses the currentsituations of the teaching interaction with a number of relevantinvestigations.Inspired by the teaching interactive model and theteaching interactive level tower, the essay thinks of the conceptinteraction as the effective goal and take the interaction betweenthe students and media contact surface as well as the teaching keyelements as the research objects.Amidst the interaction between thestudents and teaching key elements, there are the interaction betweenthe students and learning resources, the interaction between thestudents and the teachers, and the students themselves.In eachresearch aspects of the interactive ways are there relevant theoriesto follow. Ultimately,through a thorough investigation of theinteractive situation, the author presents many pratical suggestionson improving and optimizing the long-distance opening education inTV University from the media angle, the teacher's angle ,thestudents'angle and the leaning resources'angle.
