In2010July, the state promulgated the national education reform and development of long-term planning programs (2010-2020), which stressed the need to form the modern vocational education system adapt to the change of economic development mode and the adjustment of industrial structure, reflect the requirements of the coordinated development of the concept of lifelong education, secondary and higher vocational education.Thus it can be seen that, the state attached great importance to the development of vocational education. Higher vocational education occupy the leading position in the occupation education system, its importance is self-evident. Development and construction in higher vocational colleges, cannot do without software environment such as policy and systems, teaching facilities, equipment and other hardware environment, more dependent on the teacher the first resources.The teacher quality of higher vocational colleges decides the direction and the quality of theirs running, and determines the students’quality. Teacher resources is human resources. It is the most creative, valuable and active resources of people, money and material resources, and its status is extremely important.To improve the quality of teachers and teaching, the researches on the Person-Job Fitting problems of a higher vocational collegehave importantsignificance.Is not only beneficial to the appropriate teacher recruitment and configuration, but also to have the destination teacher training work, and to improve the teachers’ job satisfaction, and improve individual teacher’s professional development.This study on the basis of analyzing the existed problems in the former teacher evaluation, combining with the analysis of the theory of people post match, outstanding teachers’ own quality and college organizational goals inherent relations between the extension of the post competency requirements, trying to seek a more accord with the characteristics of higher vocational college teachers evaluation index system,in the form of experimental research how to use Fuzzy Integrated Evaluation method to measure teachers and the degree of match.This studytakes a department and staffs in MH College with distinctive characteristics of the industry as the research objects. It analyses the existing problems on Person-Job Fitting,establishes the evaluation index system of jobs in higher vocational colleges by using the literature survey method and Delphi method and determines index relative weight set by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process method, and it obtains theabilities and qualities data of teachers by using questionnaire survey method and interview method. Using Fuzzy Integrated Evaluation method to calculate the final integrated evaluation scores of the research objects compares the Person-Job Fitting degree of levels.This study finally put forwardthe countermeasure on how to optimize the Person-Job Fitting, and bring up some suggestions on how to protect the dynamic Person-Job Fitting problems.
