TaoXingzhi is the great exploiter of the creative educational theoryand practice in China. His creative educational theory is the soul of thetheoretical system while his creative educational practice has a greatrealistic meaning throughout all the educational activities. The theory ,whose aim is to educate the students with truth , goodness and beauty ,emphasizes the harmony of teaching ,learning and acting . It means theschool is the society , which requires active , heuristic and automaticmethods instead of passive , subjective and spoon-feed methods . Itstresses the renewal of the teachers' theory in order to liberate the mindand bodies of the students in a democratic and comfortable environment .It's against the traditional passive learning situation and has a great effecton the reform of the moral education . The traditional moral educationonly focuses on the teaching of knowledge but ignores the importance ofpractice and creation which results in the separation of teaching andlearning ,tense relationship between teachers and students and depressivelearning environment . In contrary to the traditional moral education ,modern moral education uses active methods to cultivate the creativeminds of the students and conveys everyday moral examples to thestudents so that the students can naturally gain the capability of tellingright from wrong . His modern moral education respects the students ,harmorizes the relationship between teachers and students and exerts thebidirectional functions of both the teachers and students , whichemphasizes the importance of practice and independent exploration ofwhat is moral .
