Together with the development of education reform, new theory on stuff education is infiltrating our thought. The importance has turned to how to teach and learn instead of the formal object—what to teach and what to learn. Adapting to such kind of change, the teaching method should put importance on the study of students, while before people just care too much about how the teacher teach. Faced with the new situation, in politics teaching stuff and ability education should be put in the first place, at the same time, the model and method that adapt to test should be given up completely. A kind of fully new teaching modal and method has to be introduced. Therefore, Questioning Teaching method in politics is becoming practical day by day. This kind of researching and practicing in our country is still at its beginning. In China, questioning teaching method in politics has its necessity, theory basis, realistic basis and would be efficient if we pay enough attention to the ways.It's necessary to carry out this teaching method. This method meets the need of the following items: training stuff for the country;education reform;arouse the potency and active attitude of the whole class.This method has its the theory basis and realistic situation. Bruner's theory of "learn by discovering" can be a good support for questioning teaching method. The teaching principle of student-centre shows the basis in pedagogy. The production in psychology can also served as good basis in its own aspect. The relation between internal and external elements explained in Marxism offers the basis in philosophy. The realistic situation is as follows: the students are lacking in awareness of questions, so they are unwilling, afraid to question and have no idea how to question;the teacher lack motivity to join in the education reform,which makes the students cannot question. In order to make this method affective in politics teaching, a teacher has to try to fulfill the following aspects: constructing harmonious classes so as to stimulate and help the students to form the awareness of questioning;mastering the features of questions about thoughts and politics is the key;designing the situation carefully is the core;arranging the sectors flexibly is the root of this method.Just as the practice proved, putting this method in practice benefit the following aspects: it improves the students' comprehensive abilities;it stimulates the students' non-intelligence factors;it directs the students' practice;it can also help advance the teachers' quality.
