Teacher's authority is a relatively weak problem in the educational theory research, also a meticulous problem. Teacher's authority means that teacher possess ability of the control of students and the influence on students. It reflects the special society relationship between teacher and students. It is one of the important factors which make teacher exertion the power of teaching effectively, ensure teaching under in order, get the anticipate teaching effect. This study of teacher's authority is focus on the situation of middle school's political class. Through the observation of the apparently teacher's authority and the hidden teacher's authority, the results show that the political teacher's legal authority is over uplifted, traditional authority inanition stressed, expertise authority weakened and charisma authority missed. Teacher's authority suffers the challenge in the dilemma between to be weakened and to be maintained.To resolve the above problems, it needed to reconstruct newly teacher's authority by the way of teacher's specialization development. Teacher's authority consciousness should be transited from system authority to charisma authority. Teacher need advocate democracy and equality dialog in classroom. Teacher should change the old imagination of knowledge upper to discoverer of knowledge with students. Teacher should understand students' life value, fulfill life power in class. Among the methods of construction, charisma authority, from consciousness to action, is the most important factor worth to notice.
