This paper, which is based on the present study achievement of knowledge and its relation with school management, analyses the learning knowledge and its concept and character, and also regards the knowledge flow as the main point of the study. It elaborates on the significance for the knowledge flow of acting on the Learning School construction, at the same time systematically analyses the knowledge floating normal form and knowledge floating model. At last this paper gains the achievement in terms of certificate analysis, operating model analysis and combination of practice and theory for case support analysisFirstly, the nature of the floating knowledge in learning school is analysed. What is learned in the construction of Learning School, most of which is tacit knowledge, should be able to promote creativity and cohesiveness in the school. When this kind of knowledge floating, the efficacy of school management will be improved and this will bring great influence to school development. Secondly, floating knowledge takes two paradigms in school management, i.e. explicit knowledge flow and tacit knowledge flow. The latter takes a more important place in the construction of Learning School. Thirdly, knowledge floating models are put forward based on tacit knowledge paradigm including "power—environmental balanced knowledge floating model", "process— ladder knowledge floating model" and "function—double-loop innovation knowledge floating model". As an example, the innovation of an elementary school in Haidian Beijing is introduced to illustrate these models,The construction of Learning School cannot be accomplished in an action nor is there a determinate model that every school can follow. The model that this paper put for wand from the angle of knewledge floating to construct Learning School is operable, it also be adopted in school management reform. The foundation of school reform is, to make the school have stronger creating and cohesiveness . Learning School is just the goal of the school reform , and knowledge floating is just a kind ofeffective means to attain the goal.
