Organization culture is a spirit power in school management, which can be divided into three levels from abstract to concrete: shared-value, shared-behaviour and symbolistic activity. Among which, symbolistic activity is the noticeable culture character, shared value and shared behaviour is the recessive, deeper and unnoticeable culture character. To construct school organization culture is to change culture conception into teachers' value. The writer tries to study the core of school organization culture in individual case, and make a thorough thinking in school organization culture construct.In this paper, the writer tries to describe and analyze organization culture by experiencing, conversation method, questionnaire, document analysis and etc. The description process hold the whole organization culture through hero, artificiality and characteristic activities, which are the basic factors of symbolistic activity. The analysis process is expressed by teachers and managers, which are the handlers of organization culture. Through the study of teachers' identify, familiarity, cooperation and managers' teaching management , normal management , communication action, the writer tries to analyze the effects of organization culture between teachers and teachers, teachers and managers, tries to analyze the factors which can affect organization culture. Then, the writer make a thorough thinking in school organization culture construct, present some suggestions according to the school's physical environment, school leader and teacher.
