This thesis is the study on the cooperative behavior of the head and assistant kindergarten teachers in the same class. The study chose three couples of kindergarten teachers the objects of the study. The researcher collected data by way of observation and interview, and then analyzed the formative factors and the different types of the good cooperative behavior of the head and assistant kindergarten teachers.After analyzing the original data, the researcher generalized four formative factors of thecooperative behavior of the head and assistant kindergarten teachers——active andsteady affectional relation, the intersubjectivity of the head and assistant kindergarten teachers, the voluntary common target and the communicating ability to a certain extent. Then the researcher went on to deeply analyze the significance of the four formative factors to the cooperative behavior and the mutual relation among them.The researcher found a lot of cooperative behavior in the original data, then assorted them into verbal cooperative behavior and non-verbal cooperative behavior in the light of the kindergarten teachers' communicating symbols; parallel cooperative behavior and slantwise cooperative behavior in the light of the revealed responsible orientation by the kindergarten teachers' role cognition. On this basis, the researcher elaborately analyzed the characteristics and function of all the types respectively.The researcher abstracted the concrete character of the cooperative behavior of the head and assistant kindergarten teachers in the spontaneous cooperative culture after reflecting on the four formative factors; and then made some educational suggestions aiming at the actual cooperative situation of the kindergarten teachers. At the end of the thesis is the reflection on the methods and the results in the study.
