The fine arts teaching of middle school under the information technology condition is studied to probe into it the information technology condition, how to make the information technology and fine arts teaching of the middle school merge each other between the two, in order to realize the fine arts teaching result of middle school is maximized. This text develops from the domestic and international information technology in education at first and studies the current situation to start with, define the characteristic and fine arts course and basic task and purpose of discipline teaching of the middle school of the information technology, combine the two and define the intension based on fine arts teaching of middle school under the information technology condition concretely, And by building and constructing the doctrine theory as the theoretical foundation of this research , had analyzed and summarized the information technology in the field of application of fine arts teaching of middle school, have put forward two kinds of teaching modes combined about the information technology and fine arts course of the middle school on this basis, namely: Fine arts cooperating study under research study and information technology condition of fine arts under the information technology condition , and analyzes that summarizes to two kinds of teaching modes , for the understanding that there is clear one two kinds of teaching mode characteristics. Then , have put forward the principle designed in fine arts teaching of middle school under the information technology condition on the basis of building and constructing the doctrine theory —Design principle of teaching taking the " studying " of students as subject. In order to make the theory build and construct and have persuading nature even more, the full and accurate teaching case is as mending the card effectively in fine arts course of middle school and discipline teaching.Finally, some negative effects produced to the fine arts teaching of middle school to the information technology, have thought and explored too. In order to there is a dialectical understanding to the fine arts teaching of middle school under the information technology condition.
