It is a main task for the teachers of the Chinese language in the elementary and secondary education to cultivation and enhance their students' ability of expression themselves. As a main obstacle in language teaching both in and out of China, writing has been feared by many students, and has been a nuisance to many teachers. It is the key to the solution of this problem to stimulate the students' motivation and interest in writing. Strong motivation can enable people to participate in a task with more pleasure. Interest is an important innate factor in forming students' motivation in writing. It has become a consensus that interest can be cultivated, stimulated and strengthened. However, it still remains to be a topic for us to carry out further research and exploration regarding how the students' motivation and interest in writing can be aroused. Stimulating students' motivation and interest in writing is the most important art in the teaching of writing. There are many means of arousing students' interest and stimulation in writing, such as proposition stimulation, reading stimulation, materials stimulation, emotional stimulation, praising stimulation, success stimulation, and model stimulation.
