Cooperation learning is prompted by the new curriculum reform. It sprang up in 1970's in America and developed into a valid teaching organization till 1980's. The new curriculum reform calls to develop a student's components comprehensively and individually. Cooperation learning is meaningful for the education in the new century.Cooperation learning in today's primary school is formalistic. The troubles are: 1, inappropriate cooperation time; 2, unclear group arrangement; 3, less learning rules; 4, less individual leaning before cooperation; 5, students are lack of cooperating awareness and skill; 6, super student dominant the cooperation causes unbalance in participating; 7, time limitation; 8, less teacher's instruction; 9, unsatisfied assessment system.To improve the validity of cooperation learning, the solution covers following aspects: 1, refreshing the root teaching idea, change the roles teachers playing; 2, setting up appropriate learning groups; 3, choosing proper learning opportunity; 4; defining the learning knowledge; 5, justifying the teacher's organization and control; 6, improving student's cooperation awareness and skills; 7, timely feedback and summary.
