Group cooperation learning is an important learning method and technique in the modern education. However, as a technique, it is not an inherent ability of students. The teacher, as a key accompanier and guide in course of students’ learning, is to be responsible for cultivating such ability of students. Teachers shall, during their teaching, apply various methods and channels to help students have the awareness of cooperation based on different points of view and levels. Therefore, it is significant to focus on teachers’ guiding ability in keeping an eye on the group cooperation learning of primary students, searching the guiding strategy of teachers in the group cooperation learning of primary students as well as the teachers’ guiding ability in cultivating primary students’ group cooperation learning. However, in the real class teaching, there are lots of problems demanding the prompt solution in the above said aspect. Therefore, it is very important and significant to have a deep search in the teachers’ guiding strategy in the group cooperation learning of primary students.Thus, this paper has a deep analysis and research on the current status of teachers’ guiding in the group cooperation learning of primary students based on the current status of teacher’s guiding in the group cooperation learning of primary students, collection and analysis of the related theories and literatures as well as the existing researches. Meanwhile, this paper proposes a guiding strategy of teachers in optimizing the group cooperation learning of primary students according to the research, hoping that more and more colleagues in the field of education will keep a watchful eye on the teachers’ guiding behavior in the group cooperation learning of primary students.
