Education reform follows the pace of the demand of talent,and training students'comprehensive quality is the teaching objectives,students should learn how to learn.When the autonomy,cooperation,exploration and innovation as a slogan of teaching,every kind of teaching mode followed it.Among them,the group cooperation learning mode has achieved remarkable results,more and more people accept and recognize it.In group cooperation learning mode,teachers will give the subjectivity of learning to students,students with controllable discretionary learning time.Whether the learning time is reasonable regulation,or the learning behavior is effective,depends more on thestudents'autonomy.That is,students' Autonomous LearningThis article will be in group cooperation mode,describe students' autonomous learning from two aspects of learning process and learning ability.With the real data,and the specific data describe the present situation of students' autonomous learning,point out the existing problems,and puts forward the strategy,in order to provide suggestions for students to improve the effectiveness of autonomous learning and to provide the basis for teachers to improve teaching,provide the foundation of teambuilding.This article consists of six chapters:Chapter 1.Introduction:from the two aspects of theory and practice,introduces the research background,research questions,research methods,research significance and so on.Chapter 2.Literature review.Summarize the related concept and the theory of cooperative learning and autonomous learning,combined with the characteristics of group cooperation learning mode in Xi'an Tieyi Binhe school,give the new definition to cooperation learning and autonomous learning.Chapter 3.In group cooperation,the completion the status of high school students'mathematics learning tasks.Starting from the learning process,with the specific data to describe the completion of the students' learning task.The final data show that the high school students' mathematics learning effect is not standard.For compulsory task,the students who with high efficiency,can effective completion.But more of the students who with low efficiency,to complete the task in order to complete the task,problems accumulated.The elective task,only less than thirty percent of the students often completed,and no time,is the best shirk words for students.Chapter 4.In group cooperation,the test of autonomous learning ability of high school students.Start from the learning ability,based on Pang Weiguo's question of student autonomy scale test,combined with the cooperative teaching mode of Xi'an Tieyi Binhe school.Make an investigation about autonomous learning ability of senior high school in two classes in the middle level grade.From learning motivation,learning time,learning methods,learning process,learning outcome these five dimensions to analyze the data in two classes.On the one hand strengthening the persuasion of completion;on the other hand,the difference of two classes' data is not obvious,can represent the intermediate class.The test results,the average of every dimension is 3.5,there is a gap between students' autonomous learning ability and teachers' expectations,to make the students' autonomous learning effective implementation,teachers should divide the distance between the worst possible result and the highest expectations into four stages,make the capacity of the third phase as standard,arrangement teaching reasonable.Chapter 5.In group cooperation,enhance the effectiveness of the high school students' autonomous learning ability.Based on the test of autonomous learning ability of senior high school students,combined with the problems existing in the students,from the above five dimensions,give the advice,correct learning motivation,setting goal and confidence;planning learning time,and strengthen supervision team management;improve study method,implementation and monitoring program;compact learning process,with the attitude and action orderly;use of learning results,analysis of the shortage and pay harvest strategy,in order to improve the effectiveness of autonomous learning in senior mathematics.Chapter 6.Summary:summarizes the results of this study,and points out the shortcomings and the direction of the effort.
