We can realize that political, economical contradiction and culture crisis which the Chinese society faced at that time through perceiving the Social condition of the village autonomy theory.The author concealed the reason of his stepping onto the village autonomy route of movement from the view of Liang Shuming 's depressant embarks to politics, and highly praised Liang Shuming's profound understanding to the tradition and the modernization problems. Moreover the author refined Liang Shuming ' s the village autonomy thought, including village autonomy organization and the organization principle that is designed by Liang Shuming deliberately combined with the western association spirit and the democratic spiritual theocracy. Thus he tried to establish a new social organization combined with the east and the west culture advantages.This article first introduced the village autonomy theory from the view of the society, the thought and the political in the first chapter. The second chapter illustrated the village autonomy theory in detail, in this chapter, the author explained thought foundation of the Liang Shuming's village theory that involves the Chinese special social structure and the Chinese special culture. Based on this, the author explained that setting up the Confucianism group organization was the aim of Liang Shuming's village autonomy. Afterwards the author explained that a village was specific organization of the village autonomy theory.
