Focus On Content And Improve Quality

This paper takes ChangZhou Institute of Engineering Technology as the researching object, mainly discussed how to develop the higher vocational education in order to meet the development demand of society and economy. At beginning of the thesis, It analyze briefly the higher vocation and technology education of some typical foreign countries, and summer up the three basic characters. Then analyzes the problems and reasons of the higher vocation and technology education. in our country. According to the historical development trend of our country higher vocational education, which is differential competition, by the analysis method of SWOT, combines the development situation of ChangZhou Institute of Engineering Technology; this paper point put that the development goal of my college should to be "focusing on intension, promoting quality". In the 5^th chapter of thesis, the author gives the further strategies in details: deepening the reform of management system of ChangZhou Institute of Engineering Technology; rebuilding the teachers groups; bring forth new ideas about training students; pushing forward the development of "production, teaching, research"; developing the international co-operation .According to research, the author believes that the best correct choice is "Focusing On Intension, Promoting Quality".
