Recently, private higher education is very important, wherever in developed countries or developing countries. Decades ago private higher education didn't exist or in a subsidiary position, but now the dimensions and the number of the students in private higher universities or colleges has been a large proportion of all high education.The speed of private higher education is very fast in China after reform. It satisfies people's demand of higher education, and the promoting private education's law in China implies that there will be good future for private higher education. But there are many problems in the process of private higher education in China. How to solve these problems? What's the private higher education's future in our country? These are all very important question, and we have to find ways to them.The economics in Korea has developed very fast in the past decades, and Korea has become a strong country in Asia. Private higher education and economic in Korea, they promote each other. We can learn much good experience from it. This article introduces the history and actuality, government management, foundation, the goal of students' training, teachers and international education of private higher education in China and Korea. And then comparatively study of private higher education in China and Koran to get some lessons and experience. At last, this article suggests some advice for private higher education in China, such as strength government management, increasing other foundation except for tuition fee, training full-time teacher, international education of invention. In addition we should remain the advantage of the goal of students' training and learn the lessons about government management and teachers from Korea.
