Facing the challenge of the new century, the development of chinese as well as the people's consider to chinses at the century's end, The Ministry of Education announced "The Language Program of instruction (Test Revised edition)" of the high school, the junior middle school, the elementary school one after another at the beginning of 2000, in 2001, The Ministry of Education has promulgated "The chinses Curriculum Standard of Full-time Compulsory education (Experimental Manuscript)". Then the prologue of the chinese elementary education has begun, the Chinese new curriculum reformed has begun dynamicly in china.This new curriculum reform has fetched gratifying result at establishing the curriculum standard formulation and the implement of the new curriculum. But many new questions has emerged at the same time. so , we should promptly summarize the result and the existence question in implementing the new curriculum, in order to can construct chinses curriculum the better, as is a especially urgency There are there parts in my thesis: Foreword, text and conclusion. In the main text, I first analyzed the background of the chinses curriculum reforms, then I objectively and comprehensively estimated the new curriculum separately from the curriculum standard and the implementation of the new curriculum, then carried on the investigation and the analysis to the chinses actual teaching condition of elementary and middle schools, finally, In view of the present question existing in chinese education of elementary and middle schools ,I proposed several practical and feasible measures.Foreword: The chinese curriculum of compulsory education has carried through for five years, there is much merit, and there is several question not allow to ignore.Chapter one: The necessity of the chinese curriculum reform. Mainly elaborated the predicament of the Chinese curriculum at the turn of the century from the three aspects: new century challenge, the Chinese discipline development, and people's consider to chinses at the century's endChapter two: Analysis of the chinses curriculum reform. Objectively and comprehensively analysed and estimated the new curriculum "Full-time Compulsory education chinses Curriculum Standard (Experimental Manuscript)" and the new curriculum implementation situation separately from the four aspects: curriculum goal, curriculum content, study way, appraisal wayChapter there: Research and analysis chinses teaching present situation of the Elementary and middle schools. Through the interview, the questionnaire survey, the observation and so on the many kinds of methods, carried on the investigation of the chinese education present situation in compulsory education stage, and analysed the investigation result from four aspects: the understanding degree and manner to new curriculum, the realization of the curriculum goal, the transformation of teacher teaching idea and classroom instruction behavior, the implementation of the appraisal way.Chapter four: Several suggestion about chinese teaching. In view of the present existing question in the chinese education, puts forward four practical and feasible proposals such as reliably sets up correct chinese education view, confirming chinses curriculum content, the chinese teaching should promote the the transformation of the student's study way.Conclusion: Deeper research is expected.
