Ⅰ: InstructionProductive forces highly developed in industrialization society, many of the healthchallenges that young people face today are different than those of past generations. TheUnite State, Japan and England and so on, they had paid more attention to healtheducation. They had set health education by the curriculum models of "Health andPhysical education" or "Health education" on the Primary and Secondary school, theyhope that health education curriculum can work out the health challenges that youngpeople face. In China, in the eighth elementary education curriculum reforms, healtheducation curriculum was cancelled in elementary education, the knowledge of healtheducation was divided into some relative curriculum, for example: Physical education,Sciences, biology, history and so on. In addition, the ministry of education authorized"The prevent education of HIV" and "The prevent education of drug". Ministry ofeducation of China reported that some health fitness of the young people become worseand worse, for example, strength, speed, resistance, vital capacity and so on. More andmore students have over weight, myopia. We should know whether our countryelementary education stage health education can supply enough knowledge and skill ofhealth to enhance health.This study will discover the difference in the content standard between China andthe other country by comparing their content standards; analyse the reasons that lead tothe difference; support some valuable suggestions to design perfect content standard ofhealth education for our country by using effective ideas of other country.Ⅱ. MethodologyThe methodology of documentation, compare and analysis are used in thisdissertation.Ⅲ: Results and Conclusion1.There are some different with the Unite State in expression manner of the aim of health education curriculum, in New Jersey and Roland, their expression manner of aimsof health education have relation with life;2. The level target of our curriculum are short of systematism, some level targetestablishment compares other countries to be late;3. There are some difference in the gist of dividing the content standard betweenChina and the other country;4. It is short of some necessary content in our health education;5. There are some different in the research field of curriculum theory between ourprovince and the Roland, the New Jersey;6. In view of present health education condition, this research suggested that we canuse "interlinkage" among the health education correlation curriculums, to strengthenseach and the health education correlation curriculum relation, and to manifests thecurriculum conformity the idea.
