Psychological quality, as the core of teacher' s quality, plays the decisive role of students growth school development and quality -education. We should train and increase teacher' s psychological quality, improve teachers psychological capabilities, then improve their overall quality and develop their individuality, improve the quality of teacher' s work, strengthen the students' personality, accelerate final development of education.The district teachers training college, as the principal leader of the regional teachers profession development, the principal organizer of the regional teachers research and training activities, plays the very important role of improving teacher' s psychological quality.We investigated and analysed psychological quality of the teachers in J district comprehensively, then selected seven schools as research base. We promoted teachers' abilities of the role adaptation, spirit comprehension emotion control psychological enduring education expression, structured a practice operation frame of improving teacher' s psychological quality in the district, which was made of centralized training in the district teachers training college and teachers self-improvement, explored the effective ways of regional development of teacher' s psychological quality, accelerated the teachers teacher' s psychological quality and their profession development.
