Since the 1970s',domestic and abroad studies about the teachers' pressures have increased. To display the present condition of the kindergarten teachers' pressures and care for these problems will help to arouse the teachers' self-reflection, their consciousness and ability of self - adjustment on the profession pressure, which in order to search for the strategies to deal with and manage the pressure . It will also help the managements of the public, the administration, the education and the kindergarten to understand the work characteristic and condition of the teachers much better. It will help the education departments to institute teaching requirements and teachers' management policies .At the same time, it will help to hold professional training for normal colleges before and after working, and provide evidences and guidance for the kindergartens to do study and training suited to the special kindergarten. It is necessary not only to upgrade the teachers' quality of life, but also to improve the quality of preschool education.The research adopted the methods of documentation, questionnaire and interview and so on. It focused on the conditions of the kindergarten teachers' pressures from the view of sociology, psychology and management science. It studied primarily and synthetically: the present condition, attribution, countermeasures of kindergarten teachers' profession pressures, and their profession emotion inclination under the pressures and so on. It gave some relevant management measures on the teachers and the managements which based on above theories. The major conclusions of this study were as follows: not all the kindergarten teachers are high pressure groups; teachers' understanding about pressures are not so complete and accurate, and the countermeasures to deal with the pressures are not so scientific. Different kindergartens and teachers' pressures have different pressure attribution. Nowadays, the main reasons of kindergarten teachers' pressures : long-time, heavy and inflexible work; lack of communication among the upper managements; special anxiety and complexity of the women groups; social phenomena as follows : pursuing high diploma, unfair criticism, and children's parents, children, family, and their self-criticism. Under the high pressure, kindergarten teachers have the psychology of betraying the occupation. The major strategies of the kindergarten teachers' pressure management are as follows: the management should strengthen the formal and informal communication with the teachers; set up clear developing perspective and self -development object; evolve systematic management on new, common and leading teachers; change working condition, improve working comfort and satisfaction; the managements should improve their own specialty quality and ability. The teachers should establish developing objects according to the right cognition and self-evaluation, face pressures in a right way and search for social help positively; get rid of pressures in different forms; learn to find the ways of self-adjustment; learn to give up actively, confront with everything bravely and self-adjustment; make better use of time; set up valuable and cooperative relationship with colleagues; study harder and renew professional knowledge constantly.
