"Full-time compulsory education language curriculum standard" proposed "the spoken language communication ability is the modern citizen's necessary ability. We should raise students' abilities of listening, expressing and coping with difficulties. We should teach them the preliminary study of civilized interpersonal communication and social associates and the development of cooperative spirit. And enable students to have the qualities of carrying on the civilized and harmonious interpersonal communication". However, the junior middle school Chinese teaching has not far yet raised and enhanced students' spoken language communication ability to enhance to the position which it should have. This article aims at the spoken language communication's objective, the content and the traditional ideas which restrict its realization. It proposes the corresponding strategies of strengthening students' training of spoken language communication abilities. We must use all the procedures during the language teaching to purposely raise their fundamental abilities and essential accomplishments of spoken language communication. Especially during the process of reading teaching, we should broaden the methods of training spoken language communication and enhance the level of students' spoken language communication, which are helpful to enable students to adapt the request of time and social development, gradually enhance students' necessary abilities of spoken language communication, and lay a foundation for their lifelong study, the work and the life.
