Cooperation is one of the basic characteristics of today's era.Cooperation ability is one of the four key skills for students' sustainable development throughout their lives.Cultivating students' cooperation ability is not only one of the important tasks of teacher classroom teaching,but also the mission and responsibility of class teacher class management.The ability of primary school students to cooperate refers to the comprehensive ability of division of labor and cooperation and negotiation to solve problems in the process of cooperation with others in order to achieve the goal of cooperation.It is a reflection of cooperation and cooperation skills.The ability of primary school students to cooperate is not only a reflection of the ability of group cooperation in teaching,but also in the educational activities of class management.In the class management state,cultivating the cooperation ability of primary school students can help to analyze and study the connotation and status quo of the cooperation ability of primary school students,so as to provide reference for the class teacher how to cultivate the cooperation ability of primary school students under the condition of class management.The evaluation criteria for the cooperation ability of primary school students are based on the connotation of the cooperation ability of primary school students.The evaluation criteria of primary school students' cooperation ability mainly involve two aspects: cooperation awareness and cooperation skills.Cooperation awareness includes cooperative cognition,cooperative feelings,and cooperation intentions;cooperative skills include interpersonal mutual assistance,conflict management,emotional regulation,and organizational management.Class management means that class management is a process in which class management participants(teachers or teachers and students)can effectively handle class-related people or affairs to achieve educational goals through planning,organization,guidance,supervision,evaluation,etc.according to certain criteria..The ability of primary school students to cooperate is not only a reflection of the ability of group cooperation in teaching,but also in the educational activities of class management.In the class management state,cultivating the cooperation ability of primary school students can help to analyze and study the connotation and status of the cooperation ability of primary school students,so as to provide reference for the class teacher how to cultivate the cooperation ability of primary school students under the condition of class management.This study takes the fifth and sixth grade primary school students and class teachers of the G primary school in the provincial capital of H province as the research object,and adopts the field observation method and interview method as the main research method supplemented by the literature method.In order to maintain the authenticity of the data,the author as a bystander does not interfere with the primary school cooperative activities and the class teacher's educational activities and teaching activities in the class management.First of all,the research on the cooperation ability of primary school students is mainly the on-site observation method.The main purpose of the research is to observe the status and problems of the cooperation ability of primary school students.The study first selected a senior grade class with a good overall performance of student cooperation in G primary school,and a higher grade class with poor student cooperation ability.The comparative analysis was carried out,and the facts of on-site observation were presented in the case of each case.There are two cases under the five class management topics of the semester,a total of ten cases,each case including the case theme,the time of the case,the location of the case,the case involving the person,the case description,the case analysis,and the case summary.Strength and weakness are analyzed.Secondly,the research on the cooperation ability of primary school students in the class management state mainly adopts the on-site observation method and the interview method.In the ten cases observed in the field,the class teacher will also discuss the training status of the primary school students' cooperation ability.In each case,the class teacher The training behavior is analyzed and summarized.The main purpose of the research is whether the class teacher has the awareness of cooperation ability training under the class management state,whether to do what is consistent with words and deeds,is to promote the cooperation ability of primary school students as the purpose or means of class management.In the interview,the purpose of each question is different.The selection is based on the analysis of the four class teachers in the senior grades,including the class teachers of the two classes on the spot.Finally,the interview results are analyzed and summarized.Research shows:1.Under the state of class management,it is indeed possible to cultivate the ability of primary school students to cooperate.Class management is both a management activity and an educational activity with both management and education functions.However,cooperation ability is one of the four key skills necessary for student development.As far as the sample class is concerned,the class teacher does not pay much attention.In class management,the class teacher only regards cooperation ability training as a means of class management,and is for class management.Management does not regard the development of primary school students' cooperative ability as the purpose of class management.It does not regard cooperation ability as a key capability for primary school students.The cultivation of primary school students' cooperative ability is regarded as the purpose of class management,and the appropriate method can be adopted to cultivate the ability of primary school students to cooperate.2.As far as the sample class is concerned,the overall level of cooperation ability of primary school students in the class management state is generally.In the sample class,a total of ten students were mainly observed.The class management status of 56 students is in the middle level of the evaluation ability of the primary school students.3: Generally,the number is far from the cooperation of all the primary school students in the class management state.Highest level of ability 5: High ideal state.3.The influencing factors affecting the cultivation of the cooperation ability of primary school students under the condition of class management are various aspects.From the perspective of primary school students,it is related to the particularity of primary school students' physiology and age,the misunderstanding of primary school students' cooperation,the self-centered behavior,and the unbalanced development of primary school students' cooperation ability.From the level of the class teacher,the level of understanding and emphasis on the meaning of cooperation ability in the class management middle class;the understanding of the position of self-guided position in the process of training the class teacher's cooperation ability in the class management;whether the class teacher in the class management regards the cooperation ability training as the class Relevant management purposes.From the parental level,it is directly related to parents' attitude towards study of primary school students' cooperation ability.
