In order to help students to develop their positive character,schools must develop the self-management skills which students need to confront the challenges in the future,and it is particularly important to start their own self-management system."In the future,school education must turn the object of educators into the main body of their own education,Educated people must become their's own educators,also education from others must be their's own education." The article<How To Survice>from UNESCO Institute tells us that the ultimate goal of education is Self-education and self-management from educated people.This article focuses on the analysis of the deficiencies in the ability of self-management of primary school students,which from the status of education nowaday and the questionnaire from the theoretical level to analyze how to cultivate the self-management awareness of pupils,and from the class practice as the starting point to implement the new moral education from BH primary school Starting with the class building some improvements and practices,the new class will class from four aspects of the self-management ability of the pupils that self-management awareness,self-planning,self-control,self-initiative of the twelve aspects of content to select the datum,carry out the classwide meeting in the foothold on developing the ability of self-management of the pupils,the traditional classes will be a series of courses to improve and practice,and provide proven cases and practices.This dissertation is divided into five parts.The first part proposes to improve students' self-management ability from the classwide meeting through the analysis of the current status.The second part makes a review of the literature through reading and collating.The third part analyzes the current situation of self-management ability of primary school students in BH Elementary School in Baoan District and also analyzes the reasons for the lack of self-management skills of the pupils.The fourth part is to train pupils' self-management skills through the formation of a new classwide meeting classes.It is dedicated to the training of pupils' self-management ability from the content to the form of specific class sessions to demonstrate,and strives to explore the methods of cultivating pupils' self-management skills from theory to practice.This is the main part of the dissertation.The author tries to design and develop classwide meetings from the perspective of cultivating pupils' self-management ability,and seeks to find a breakthrough on the basis of previous studies.The fifth part explains the practice and summary of the training of pupils' self-management ability classes.In the new class meeting class,"a change" is reflected in the concept of students from "requiring me to learn" to "I want to learn";promoting"two combinations",which is,"the combination of moral education and intellectual education" and "combination in and out of class";The promotion of"three kinds of learning power",namely "thinking power,creativity,and cohesiveness," promoted the formation of self-management consciousness and eventually learned how to self-managed,and promoted the improvement of student learning consciousness.The author's exploration of classes based on cultivating pupils' self-management abilities has practical reference significance for front-line teachers.
