Environmental education includes environmental science education, environmental law education and environmental morality education. With environmental science developed and environment legislation matured day by day, there are still plenty of people who know how to do but don't practice, and lots of environment-related laws do exist but not obeyed in today's society. So environmental ethic education seems to be highly urgent and should be of great significance. The on-processing curriculum reform of basic education brings new requirements for high school environmental ethic education and provides the very opportunity to implement and research this issue.Environmental ethic education is a systematical and designed activity of spreading environmental morality knowledge in all the society and forming their environmental morality consciousness. This paper points environmental ethic education of urban high school. By looking up the documents, doing some researches and analyzing the practice, the author tells the history of environmental ethic and how it is developing now, and analyzes domestic environmental ethic education disadvantages. Given the theories of ethics, pedagogy and geography, and some requirements about environmental education, we tentatively construct the structure of environmental ethic education including four aspects of cognizance, emotion, will and action. There is also a research of present actions of environmental ethic education. With own practice, the writer provides strategies to environmental ethic education with respect to curriculum, teaching material, teaching and teachers. Make sure that environmental ethic education grow healthy by various channels of classroom and after-school, materiality and immateriality.
