Many social problems that rural land requisition brings have been one of the focuses in relevant academic circles. The majority of researches on rural land requisition and its social meanings, however, have not been done from the dynamic perspective or multi-actors' interactive view, rather from static perspective of more focusing on lose-land-peasant's social security and specific problems concerning rural land requisition. With the basis on collection and analysis of the firsthand materials from the field study of the land requisition event in DS Village, C County, and the usage of the reference frame of game theory and method, the author explains the land requisition process and examines the general game equilibrium and its social effects on the village. This article includes six parts. In part one, the author briefly introduces the general background of rural land requisition and addresses the particular problems on which the article focuses; in part two, consideration can be taken to the considerable research literature regarding rural land requisition and the article's selected research perspective; in part three, the given study method and study object have concisely been introduced; in part four, the selection of game theory and the specific research hypothesis have been introduced in detail; in part five, the author briefly introduces the land requisition event in DS Village firstly, and then uses the perspective of game theory and method to analyze in detail the case event; in the last part, based on the case study above, the basic conclusions can be drawn as follows: (1) with the non-strict supervision and administration, the general game equilibrium mode of rural land requisition is that local government and villager are all supposed to the out-intuition action, and fundamentally shows zero-sum game; (2) the local government participating in...
