With the extensive application of information technology whose core is network communication technique in the domain of education, high-quality educational resources have been realized to be shared, and universities'teaching evolution has been changed furtherly . Modern educational information technology provides technique support for teaching quality evaluation. The thesis researches the teachers'teaching quality from five parts ,and offers some constructive suggestions.The first part analysizes some problems'background, including the purpose, significance, current situation and research methods of teachers'teaching quality evaluation, and poses that universities should improve the internal and external factors that influence the teachers'teaching quality and build influent informational feedback network on the basis of evaluating and analysizing the teaching quality scientifically ,in order to nurture and maintenance invited education environment to realize the optimize teaching effect.And discusses some related conceptions ,including teaching quality, teaching quality evaluation, teachers'teaching quality evaluation.The second part,Theoretical support for the teaching quality is dicussed,And the categorizes of teaching quality evaluation and the function are analysized elaborately so as to provide theoretical foundation for teachers'teaching quality evaluation.The third part ,Teachers'teaching evaluation index system is the basis of teaching evaluation.There is a great significance for enhancing teaching management,urging teachers responsibility ,optimizing teaching process and result .The framework of teaching quality appraisal index system is creatively designed on the basis of the author's practice,and the part raises some problems in the process of teachers'teaching quality evaluation ,pointing to the different situation in the practical research.The forth part researches the practices of teachers'teaching quality evaluation and comes to the conclusions : (1)Teachers are both subjects and objects of evaluation,so teachers'self-assessment plays a great role in the teaching quality evaluation.
