With the tendency of globalization, the developed and under developed countries all emphasize cultivating innovative talents as their educational strategy. In order to build a innovative nation, our government propose building up a powerful nation relying upon human talents strategy, and energetically cultivate innovative elite. The acquirement of innovative idea and creativity is to a certain degree relying on emotion education.The present research is proposed aiming at the tendency of emphasizing cognition while ignoring emotional education in senior school teaching. Now emotion diathesis of senior school students is not satisfactory which not only affect the health of body and mind of student but the society progress. Now more and more teaching staff realized the significance of emotional education, while history course undertake the mission of human historical civilization inheritance and spread, and has prominent subject advantages in cultivating feeling of students senior school history course standard adapts to the need of the times, proposes the teaching goal of affective field such as feeling, attitude and value, which establish the goal of implementing emotional education in senior high school history teaching.
