The 21th century is an era with hi-tech and quick information. How to educate the new generation effectively in order to meet the demand of the future society is a new challenge for the modern education. How to train students interested in history, the formation of the correct values of emotional attitude, and promote comprehensive development of students, is the history of each one of our teachers to think and research. Emotional education is a concept of education for the current emphasis on cognitive, rational and emotional condition of the initiative. It is part of education, rather than a special, independent forms of education. July 2001 the Ministry of Education promulgated the "Basic Education Curriculum Reform (Trial)", China's basic education reform began. Its promulgation and implementation of China's basic education reform and the development of a very far-reaching impact, "History Standards" also available. "History Curriculum Standards" at all levels of people from a fresh and new feeling, especially in the establishment of curriculum standards, it is standing in today's era of knowledge economy and learning society has become the height of the all-round development of students in order to emphasize the quality of education oriented to establish a "knowledge and ability", "Process and Method," "emotional attitudes and values of the" three great spirit of innovation with the operation and the feasibility of the aims of education and students the right to establish "emotional attitude and values "defined as the core values of the teaching of history. The "emotional attitudes and values" to replace the traditional political and ideological education, but also with the theory and practice of the scientific feasibility of the significance of implementing the new curriculum standards is difficult. Curriculum standards of emotions, attitudes and values is based on emotion as the center, in order to shape the personality of students for the purpose of improving the teaching objectives."Emotional attitudes and values" is the emotional content of education, emotional education is the ultimate goal. In this paper, in theory to further explore the meaning of emotional education, in principle, and its role, combined with the experience of teaching practice over the years, stressed the importance of the implementation of emotional history lesson of the necessity and feasibility of education, further study of the history lesson of the implementation of an effective strategy for emotional education, including foster emotional awareness, emotional teaching standards for the classification and the formulation of lesson, select the meeting point of the feelings of teachers and students to create a new type of emotional education teacher-student relationship, the use of appropriate methods of teaching emotional education. Through a combination of theory and practice, the formation of new research results, aimed at middle school history classes to promote the reform of classroom teaching, and promote all-round development of students gave a modest.
