In recent years, with the popularization of Higher Education, the increment of graduates, and the limited increase of effective social demands, therefore the employment opportunities are few the employment pressure is increasing at Kunming University of Science and Technology from 1999-2008, the number of graduates are from 3194 to 7011 people, with an increase of 120%. From 2006, the undergraduate Initial employment rate has been maintained at 70%-80%. Employment is the people's livelihood of the people the basic premise of life and fundamental way. Because Chinese social security and social welfare system is not perfect, for many people, out of work means the loss of life origin, and crisis of survival. For Youth, employment also has another layer of meaning:the employment of youth is a real community towards the beginning of its self-reliance. Solving the employment problems of young university students in promoting China's economic development and social progress has important practical significance.Through SWOT Analysis, the thesis tries to analyze the influence factor of graduates'at Kunming University of Science and Technology.And analyze the graduates'employment expectancy through the Expectancy Theory to provide the basis of promoting the development of graduates'employment. Through analysis of graduates'employment model, with the basis ideas of expanding new employment ways, innovating employment concept and probing new models, the thesis puts priority on the employment ways of:Own entrepreneurship and Order-training.Focusing on the practice of serious employment problem and studying the solvent measures, the paper mainly provides the practical ideas of expanding the employment ways are improving the employment ability.
