Research On China's Current Employment Of College Students

The employment problem of College Students is a major global issue. It is related toChina's modernization, Social and political stability, the realization of people'sfundamental interests, and also directly related to the sustainable development of highereducation. Therefore, the study of employment of college students has far-reachingpractical significance. With the constant deepening of China's reform and opening up, thehigher education is onto the road of restructuring and development. However, employmentof college students has become increasingly serious, and constantly give us sounded thealarm. On the one hand, vigorous development of higher education to achieve "elite" to"popular" change, employment of university graduates has shown new features. On theother hand, the unprecedented pressure on employment and employment problems ensued,become the social focus and hot.Paper first analyzes the characteristics and problems of the current employment ofuniversity graduates in China, and then analyzes the reasons of this one problem. Theauthor believe that the increasingly serious employment problems of college students arecaused by many reasons, including social and environmental impacts, policy andinstitutional factors, the reform of institutions, higher education model, weakening ofteachers, students' traditional concept of employment and so on.Employment of university students by analyzing the specific causes of the problem, onthis basis, the author discusses ways to solve the problem. First of all, I analyze thegraduate employment patterns and their enlightenment of the United States, Japan, andGermany. Secondly, seize the opportunity of building service-oriented government, wevigorously develop the economy, policy of macroscopically adjusting control, create moreobtain employment post. Again, for the university educational reform, combined with thecurrent social development and policy changes, and then we propose that build a newsystem of university teaching structure. Finally, in the construction of harmonious societyin the background, guiding students to establish a concept of employment times, andconstantly improve their practice ability, open up innovation bravely, and achieve full employment.
