Teaching how to write a composition is the most important constitution of Chinese class in middle schools, but it is difficult to deal with and the reasons are complex. In this article, the author makes great effort to discuss the problem from theory and practise on the basis of former research in order to find out a scientific way to train students to write a composition. The whole content is divided into five parts, part one is about the basic current situation and reasons of this phenomenon, then try to look for the root cause of low-efficiency and time-wasting writing way, part two is the theme of research on training system, which sort out former research and make the following research easy to find the breakthrough point, part three is theoretical exploration on training writing a composition and is the basis and support of the later part, part four is on how to construct sequent step to-train and put forward with the idea and manipulation of doing so, the last part is to show the perceptual effect of the author's practical teaching by an example of training senior students to write a composition.
