As the cultural background, economic and reformative development degree in middle school are quite different from those western countries and Chinese corporations, organizational career management in middle school will be a very interesting and informative research topic. This research was designed to explore the structure of organizational career management in middle school, and then discuss the influence of organizational career management impacts on career commitment.This research used 431 teachers from middle schools as subjects, The research included two principal parts. In the first part, by literature review and interview, constituted the organizational career management questionnaire, and then confirmed the structure of organizational career management. In the second part, firstly discussed the influence of demographic variables impacted on career commitment. Then controlled the demographic variables, by hierarchical regression and dominance analysis, discussed the influence of organizational career management impacts on career commitment.By confirmatory factor analysis, the seven-component construct was confirmed the best one compared with one-component construct and two-component model. The seven dimensions were named as idealistic guarantee, training for introduce, set up career information database, offer information for career development, projects for career development, career help and career evaluation. In addition, the results also indicated that the organizational career management questionnaire had high reliability and validity.The outcomes of t-test and one-way ANOVA indicated that there were significant differences between different gender, different job-years and whether a teacher in charge of a class. The affective commitment, normative commitment and continuance commitment of female were significantly higher than male; the affective commitment, normative commitment and continuance commitment of persons who worked under 10 years were all significantly higher than worked between 10 years to 20 years, the normative commitment of teachers who took charge of classes was significantly higher than those who didn't.After controlled the demographic variables, the outcome of hierarchical regression andDominance analysis indicated that idealistic guarantee, offer information for career development and projects for career development could significantly predicted affective commitment, and idealistic guarantee was the best predictor among those predictors, idealistic guarantee, projects for career development and career help could significantly predicted normative commitment, and idealistic guarantee was the best predictor among those predictors, idealistic guarantee could significantly predicted continuance commitment.
