| With the advent of the new economic era of knowledge innovation and information technology,the external environment has become dynamic and complex from the relatively stable,the boundary of the organization has become increasingly blurred,the organizational structure has become flattened and virtualized,the individual has bid farewell to one-sided career model,faced competition for employment,job changes and career change has become a more common phenomenon,whether organizations or individuals,are facing continuous,increasingly complex changes and challenges in career areas.How to carry on the good career management in this kind of environment,unceasingly promote the occupation career management skill,obtain the benign profession growth,becomes the people to pursue the main goal in the workplace,also is the enterprise organization pays great attention the question.The career growth of the staff is the result of the interaction of individuals and organizations.Accordingly,career growth of employees should also become an important part of human resources management.At present,the domestic research on career growth gradually increased,but the study of its antecedent variable is not much,the study on career growth from the perspective of personality traits and individual and organizational combination is more rare.Therefore,in the background of career without borders,combined with the actual situation of Chinese enterprises,starting from the main mode of career growth and key influencing factors,revealing the influence and mechanism of personality traits,organizational career management,individual career management and career growth,and seeking the path and countermeasure of career growth on the basis of empirical research,has important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the literature review and the theory of personality traits and human-organization matching theory and career development theory,this paper discusses personality traits and organizational career management on the impact of career growth under the mediation of individual career management with the employees of Chinese enterprises organizations as the main research object.The paper constructs the corresponding research model,puts forward the relevant research hypotheses,revises and designs the scales of personality traits,organizational career management,individual career management and career growth according to some related maturity scales and the actual management situation of Chinese enterprises,then after a test investigation,pre-test,correction formed a formal questionnaire to distribute 32 enterprises,1125 valid questionnaires data were collected.This paper uses the empirical methods of reliability analysis,validity analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and structural equation model to analyze the data obtained by SPSS22.0 and AMOS20.0 to validate the research model and the hypotheses,and finally puts forward the relevant career growth strategies from the personal and organizational aspects according to the conclusions of the research.The conclusions and the inspirations of this research are:(1)Career growth is a combination of personality traits,organizational career management and individual career management,and each variable has different dimensions;(2)The four dimensions of openness,conscientiousness,extroversion and agreeableness of personality traits have positive effects on career growth,and the dimension of neuroticism of personality traits has a negative effect on career growth;(3)The four dimensions of openness,conscientiousness,extroversion and agreeableness of personality traits have positive effects on the four dimensions of career exploration,career planning,focusing on work and extension management of individual career management,and the dimension of neuroticism of personality traits has negative effects on the four dimensions of individual career management;(4)The four dimensions of career exploration,career planning,focusing on work and extension management of individual career management have significant positive effects on career growth;(5)Individual career management plays a mediating role between personality traits and career growth.The four dimensions of career exploration,career planning,focusing on work and extension management of individual career management play mediating roles between the four dimensions of openness,conscientiousness,extroversion and agreeableness of personality traits and career growth,while there is no mediator between the dimension of neuroticism of personality traits and career growth;(6)The four dimensions of career cognition,career information,promotion of fairness and focusing on training of organizational career management have significant positive effects on career growth;(7)The four dimensions of career cognition,career information,promotion of fairness and focusing on training of organizational career management have significant positive effects on the four dimensions of career exploration,career planning,focusing on work and extension management of individual career management;(8)Individual career management plays a mediating role between organizational career management and career growth.The dimension of career planning of individual career management plays a full role between the dimension of career cognition of organizational career management and career growth;(9)Personality traits is the internal factor of career growth.Organizational career management is the external factor of career growth.Individual career management is the core element of career growth;(10)In order to promote career growth,the individual should pay attention to individual career management,organizations should be able to cultivate the development of organizational culture supporting career management and should pay attention to the personality traits of candidates.The innovations of this research lie in:(1)In the context of career management without borders,this paper discusses the relationship among personality traits,organizational career management,individual career management and career growth.The paper enriches the study of career growth from the cross-disciplinary perspective of management,psychology,sociology and organizational behavior;(2)At present,the research on career growth in China is at the initial stage,and the study of its antecedent variable is few and empirical research is also less.This study,combined with the actual situation of China,researches career growth from the perspective of personality traits,and combining the individual and organization.The paper has a new perspective,has a certain pioneering and innovative,expanding the research field of vision;(3)This paper constructs the relationship model of personality traits,organizational career management,individual career management and career growth.Through empirical research,we can draw the conclusion that individual career management plays a mediating role between personality traits and career growth,also between organizational career management and career growth,thus demonstrating the important point that personality traits is the internal factor of career growth.Organizational career management is the external factor of career growth.Individual career management is the core element of career growth and strengthening the research connotation of career growth;(4)Based on some domestic and foreign relevant mature scales and the actual situation of Chinese enterprises,this research revised and improved the scales of career growth,personality traits,organizational career
