Career management of preschool teachers is an important part of the kindergarten human resource management system.As a key concept in career management,"career anchor" reflects the psychological mechanism of the interaction between organizations and individuals.By means of questionnaire and interview,this study investigated and analyzed the career anchor of preschool teachers,the self-career management of preschool teachers and the current situation of career management of kindergarten organizations.A survey on the career anchor and career management status of preschool teachers was compiled,and 630 questionnaires were distributed to preschool teachers by stratified random sampling,592 of which were valid,with an effective rate of 94%,and 12 preschool teachers and 8 middle and upper kindergarten managers were interviewed.The research results are as follows:1.This study mainly refers to the occupational anchor scale of shinin and the self-organization career management scale of long lirong et al.,and revises the formal questionnaire of "survey on the status quo of career anchor and career management of preschool teachers",which is verified to have good reliability and validity.2.The overall ranking of preschool teachers' career anchors is based on need,value and talent.Based on the talent type occupation anchor in the teacher position,educational background,the nature of the significant differences;There is a significant difference in the working years of teachers based on the value occupation anchor.Based on the needs of the occupation anchor in the years of teachers,there are differences in education.3.The overall situation of preschool teachers' self-career management is ranked as follows: interpersonal relationship,education and teaching,career goals,understanding and organization,and self-presentation.There are significant differences in the career goals of preschool teachers.To understand the significant differences in the working years of teachers;There are very significant differences between education and teaching in educational background and nature.There are significant differences in educational background and nature of self-presentation.Interpersonal relationship has a significant difference in the working years of preschool teachers.4.The overall situation of career management in the kindergarten organization is in the following order: job promotion,teacher training,information provision,and career development.Preschool teachers' perception of organizational career management is significantly different in their educational background,but not significantly different in terms of working years,position and nature of kindergarten.5.Through correlation and regression analysis,there is a significant positive correlation between preschool teachers' career anchor and their own career management;There is a significant positive correlation between kindergarten teacher's career anchor and kindergarten organization's career management.There is a significant positive correlation between preschool teachers' self and organizational career management.According to the above results,the researchers mainly focus on strengthening the occupational orientation and strengthening the organizational identity of teachers.Optimizing the management system and paying attention to teachers' career;Respect individual difference,give certain family attention;Countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward from four aspects,such as creating harmonious atmosphere and strengthening the incentive of professional development.
