A high-quality and high-level faculty plays a very important role for the progress of academic disciplines and the development of the school. Career management can help teachers set clear goals, and provide the opportunity to achieve it. It can also promotes teachers a continuous growth and development. At the same time, if school administrators can use science of human resources management methods and means reasonably to study actively, plan and design teacher's career, and carry out with teachers, it can not only develop and use this precious resources better, but also can enhance their various skills. In the mean time, it can realize the unity of organizational goals and personal goals.This article tries to introduce career management theory to Dalian Medical University. First of all is to study and analysis the theory and made the questionnaire, and the next step is to collect, sort and analysis the result. It shows the problems in four aspects. Aiming at three of the four problems, it makes use of the theory, combines the reality of the university, and then makes the implementation scheme of teachers' career management in the light of principle of making people the center, intercommunity principle and feasibility principle. This scheme makes the various participants, the departments and staff clearly. Everyone is responsible for its implementation. And it also ensures its successful and effective implementation through a series of measures. This study will be useful for the human resources management and provide career management theory and practice to teachers. It will assure the harmonious unity of organization object and personal object and it will also ensure the realization of Dalian Medical University's developing objectives that constructing advanced, multi-level and multidisciplinary and distinctive characteristics of teaching research medical university, and help to reach the win-win situation of teachers' personal development and school organizational development.
