| Since the release of the "E-education Compendium for the development of 15" in 2001 and the full implementation of the "School-to-School" project, nation has set off a magnificent E-education construction wave and has made substantive progress in the input of funds, the scale of construction and the hardware and software platforms. "Shift from the construction to its applications, applications for development" is our theme of E-education at present stage. With the advance of the E-education, the conflict of high input in hardware and low output in application has become a major focus in the contemporary E-education. The core issues of China contemporary E-education is how to implement performance evaluation for E-education in the process of input and output, proposing measures to address those problems of improvement application efficiency, thereby guiding, monitoring and promoting E-education sustainable development. Performance evaluation driven application, application promote development is only way to solve the above problem. Whether abroad or domestic, performance evaluation in E-education is just starting. performance evaluation for E-education is a difficult thing, because it is not only a dynamic process of development, but belong to multiple outputs, it's output is not easy to use quantitative indicators to measure; Also there are not mature theoretical guidance and appropriate measurement, measurement tools in this area; E-education is changing rapidly. Therefore, the performance evaluation for E-education has become extremely important and urgent topic of conversation.With a reference to the large amount of literature of domestic and international information on E-education and educational evaluation, on the basis of Contrast analysis about domestic and international E-education policies, software and hardware construction, teacher training in information environment and effective of E-education and other aspects, Combine information of the actual E-education investigation in a suburban county market, raised a relatively Comprehensive system evaluation of rural E-education. This paper first bring the model of C~2 R of Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) in operational research(OR) into the E-education performance evaluation. It gives a model of the E-education's performance Evaluation based on DEA which is scientific and has feasibility of operating. As an example, it also provides the steps of this performance evaluation which is about of several middle schools in Beijing city.Base on our country's status of basic E-education. the purpose of this paper is to solve the issues about E-education, Through the study about the E-education performance evaluation.
