In recent years, teachers' professional development in the background of Education Informationalization and the new curriculum reforms becomes the hot spot that the educational circles pay attention to. As the platoon guide, information technology discipline teachers in elementary and middle schools must take the lead to realize professionation. The trainings by which the teachers will understand, approval and master the background and basic idea as soon as possible, and then change their traditional teaching behavior and enhance their sense of responsibility and being appointed is an effective way.We conduct the research on the present situation and development countermeasure of information technology teacher trainings in Linyi, expecting to richen the achievement for trainings in the cities where region development is not balanced, and promote the formation of a set of scientific system theory frame. On the basis of literature investigation and study, we trace the situation of information technology teacher trainings in Linyi and make information collection by conversation and questionnaire survey.In this paper, we firstly carry on the detailed sample comparisons of the elementary situation about information technology education, teachers and trainings, among the city, different regions and grades, and also give qualitative analyses. Then, we elaborate the questions lying in present trainings and the factors which influence effective training development at both exterior macroscopic angle and internal microscopic angle. At last, we find the relative resolutions to the questions and make the exploration and initial construction about the training pattern .
