Study On The Teaching Quality Guarantee System Of Modern Distance Higher Education

As a new method of education, modern distance higher education was greatly developing. It adopted the modern teaching techniques brought into full play the modern information techniques and optimizing education resources, It was a new method to meet the needs for urgent qualified personal training on large scale with no limitation of both time and space. Modern distance higher education became more and more important in our country. However, there arose the problem between the openness and quality control of modern distance higher education , which still remained unsolved in our country. How to guarantee the modern distance higher education's quality and establish the quality assurance system according with our modern distance higher education's situation was this article's research subject.This paper had 4 parts:The first part introduced the thesis research background ,the research goal, the significance and research method.The second part introduced the definition of modern distance higher education and relative education basic theory.The third part expatiated modern distance higher education present situation, analyzed existing problem introduced the developing and introduced characteristic of modern distance higher education in our country .The fourth part proposesd primary quality assurance system for domestic modern distance education. The system results from the analysis ofthe present characters of modern distance education in China, expert opinions, statistic analysis of questionnaire, and the principles of system design. Somesuggestions about how to control the influencing factors and improve qualityof domestic modern are also proposed.
