The independent evaluation is a new teaching evaluating idea put forward under the background of new courses reforming. Other than traditional evaluation mainly evaluating by others, it is mainly independent evaluation e.g. evaluating oneself and others. The independence evaluation is not with the differentiation development of the different from selection for purpose, it even pay attention to what student develop comprehensively, evaluation the diverse of diverse sex and evaluation corpus of method, more pay attention to the student in the function and the student in the evaluation character, which make the evaluation research be more reasonable and perfect.In music teaching process, because of characteristics of music such as sensibility, abstractness, creativeness and non-semanteme, the implementation of independence evaluation has the certain possibility and certain rationalities. Implementation of independence evaluation is takes esthetic advocated by the as the core, interests as power, facing all students, putting stress on music practice and personality development, encouraging music innovation, advocating knowledge integrating, carrying forward national music and advocating multiple culture. Combining characteristics of music course and specific conditions puts it forward, and make a benefit exploration and research.This book has three parts and composes of introduction and two chapters. The choose an origan, the concept define, affect the factor of evaluate the principle change and introspect and The introduction includes the history of music teaching evaluation research at home and abroad. The chapter 1 is the theoretical analysis from multi-angle of view to the independent evaluation, through the discussion of theoretical overview of music teaching independent evaluation, and the comparing analysis between independent evaluation and evaluating by others, setting forth the theoretical value of independent evaluation. Chapter 2 mainly carries on practicing the quest in independence evaluation of music teaching, through the discussion of music teaching, the principle, basic procedure, implement suggestion that should follow, setting forth the operation significance of independent evaluation.From what has been discussed above, the research in this book has scientific value and operation significance; it is enough to lead us find the changing direction and standard of present music teaching evaluating theory.
