Connecting with the characteristics of M.Ed ( Master of Education) program and the actual problems arising from the curriculum arrangement and curriculum implementation of M.Ed in Educational Management program in China, basing on the authoritative report and abundant first hand information collected from the most developed countries, this dissertation analysis the curriculum arrangement and implementation of overseas M.Ed in Educational Management program, and make a comparative research on the curriculum arrangement, curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation of the M.Ed in Educational Management program from University of Georgia(America), University of Bristol(UK) , Monash University(Australia), Nanyang Technology University(Singapore).Through the comparative analysis and representation, the following issues were observed: on the aspect of curriculum arrangement, all the above university emphasis the core course unit and their teaching methodology, most of them use the curriculum module at the students' choice; on the respect of curriculum of implementation, they all pay big attention to the practical experience of the students and their mutual learning and cooperation process; on the aspect of dissertation writing, they all emphasize the research methodology training and tutor instruction, and offer various graduate route.Through the analysis and comparative study between the four countries program and china's, the thesis shares the apocalypse and advice with us: adjust curriculum arrangement, enhance the practical experience, integrate the curriculum content and establish the multipolar evaluation system. |
