With the development of the society, more and more researchers on education as well as people foresighted have acknowledged the important value and function of aesthetic education, and nowadays it is becoming a significant part of both the education theory system and practise system. Since Professor Teng Chun put forward the 'Big Aesthetic Education Concept', many educational researchers pay much attention to it. As a brand-new concept in aesthetic education circle and even the whole education circle, compared with the traditional aesthetic education concept, the 'Big Aesthetic Education Concept' has many new characteristics, for example, wide-ranging, integrated and profound. And its emphasizes the combimation of knowledge and aesthetic make itself possess the scientific nature. Besides, the 'Big Aesthetic Education Concept' is good for students' sentiment and creativity. Teachers are the key elements in the practice of the 'Big Aesthetic Education Concept', and it puts forward some new requirements for teachers.On the whole, nowadays the enviroment for teacher to implement the 'Big Aesthetic Education Concept' is good. Although there are still some obstructions in the practice of the Big Aesthetic Education Concept, for example, the interference of the 'exam-oriented education', the parochial understanding of aesthetic education, the separation of theory and practice, the quality of the teacher themselves and the backward of the segment of the education practice. However, the benefits are outstanding, such as the much importance attached on aesthetic education, the maturity of the Big Aesthetic Education theory and the development of the teacher themselves. At present, teachers' ability to carry out the 'Big Aesthetic Education Concept' is not very good. We should enhance teacher's theoretic level and set up the Big Aesthetic Education Concept, foster the aesthetic spirit to enrich the ability system, adjust the curriculum in normal universities and strengthen the education system of teachers on the job.
