Class Career Psychological Counseling Career Planning

Based on practical test, this thesis is concerned about the class career psychological counseling for the college students' career planning so as to offer a feasible implementation plan for the college profession guide. Questionnaires were arranged for the college students' career planning, and a counseling plan was designed and put into practice. Compared with the results carried out between the experimental class and the control class during the former and the latter tests, and the effect evaluation of the experimental class, some conclusions were drawn as the following:Conclusion 1: The overall level of the college students' career planning has been improved distinctively after class career psychological counseling. The experimental class and the control class have achieved the remarkable differences in four dimensions: the occupation understanding, the career detection, the plan formulation and the cordiality manner and so on. Besides, the increment score also has significant difference, but the difference is not significant in the self-understanding dimension.Conclusion 2: The feedback of the experiment members' counseling shows that: this counseling has an accurate target and localization. The content choice is appropriate and it has all kinds of forms and an active atmosphere. Therefore, it is an effective intervention way for the college students' career planning to have class career psychological counseling.
