Analysis Of College Students' Career Planning Counseling Mode

The employment of college students has become a concern to the society and colleges and universities, along with the change in the employment system of college graduates. Students should not start planning for the future career until near graduation, but do as early as possible. Considering the needs of state and social development and perspective of cultivating high-quality talent, colleges and universities should do career counseling through the entire university education to help students plan their career practically, so that they can easily reach out to society.Career planning counseling is a kind of education, that helps students correctly understand themselves, comprehensively analyzes occupational demands, develops the ability of self-planning and self-carving out. It is also program or activity, that guides college students be ware of career planning knowledge, establishes career goals, chooses career roles and find the best way to develop. A good Career planning is successful guidance for college students, which will enable students fully understand themselvies, analyze the environment, establish scientific objectives and make a correct choice of career.This paper is devided into seven parts. The first part, introduced related concepts of a career planning, analyzed the need for career planning of college students, pointed out the innovation of this paper and problems that needs further solutions. The second part expaciated situation and contradictions in the current job market, and described career planning status of domestic and overseas. The third part, analyzed the factors that influence college students'career planning, established five system that impact college students'career planning. The forth part did research on the questionnaires from China University of Geosciences (Beijing), and gave some suggestions. The fifth part, found several problems exist in college students'career planning in china, based on the research of the forth part. The sixth part established college students'career planning counseling mode. The seventh part is conclusion.This paper is based on the results of previous studies and analysis, and discussed problems faced by contemporary college students in the career planning process. On these basis, the paper brings forward five systems that impact college students'career, and establishes college students'career planning counseling mode.
