The new curriculum reform puts forward to "people-oriented" education, requires that teachers update ideas, change roles, improve quality and full implementation of quality education, promote the innovation of education. As high school political teachers, practicing the new course idea is to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching, improve the all-round development. How to improve the palm teaching effectiveness, the author thinks that should pay attention to classroom questioning, As the aim of this, the author has carried on the practice of high school thought political lesson classroom questioning and exploring. Through the observation of the classroom teaching as well as to the high school political teacher questionnaire, from the perspective of effectiveness to understand and analysis of the specific conditions of the teachers’ questions in classroom teaching, and teachers’ understanding of classroom problems, find the current high school politics classroom teaching about the problems existing in the "classroom questioning", then find the methods to solve the problem, put forward the effective strategies to ask questions.There are some common problems of the current high school politics classroom teaching: first, the design of superficial fuzzy. Second, more time asking than thinking. Third, the students in the classroom answer questions in the narrow face. Fourth, teachers deal with questions. Fifth, students’ active questioning in class is rarely the case. Main causes of these phenomena questions are: the traditional teaching concept still exists. Second, teachers understand the concept of the new curriculum still has errors. Third, many teachers do not profound and comprehensive ability of design problem. Fourth, teachers should grasp the ability of mental health status of students. Fifth, teachers should preparing insufficient lessons. So how to operate the effectiveness of classroom questioning, this paper combined with classroom teaching fragment puts forward to relevant strategy, first, the understanding of the new curriculum reform background is correct. Second, preparing lessons and designed classroom questions elaborately. To achieve the design problems of the targeted design problems; hierarchy; design problem to a "degree"; designing issues should pay attention to students’ interested. Third, to give an appropriate evaluation and feedback. Fourth, the class has a good classroom or asking ability, the background of the new curriculum reform, whether it is for the teachers or the students have new requirements. Especially the introduction of new classroom teaching mode of flipping the classroom, have a very high requirement for teachers’ quality and ability. Fifth, solid research under the background of new curriculum reform and improvement of teachers’ personal element quality can change.
