Reflection on teaching is the subject of Qualification Education and Curriculum Reform. It is an effective approach to heighten teaching study and quality of teachers. Nowadays, Curriculum Reform is well developing. It is practically meaningful for us to carry out reflection on teaching .By the way of reflection on teaching; teachers can found scientific and modern theory. Furthermore, teachers can apply their advanced concept to teaching practice. The aim to reflection on teaching is to enhance the ability of teachers'self-consciousness, self-instruction and self-criticism. By the research into political reflection on teaching, we will solve the problem which is that the theory is separated from the practice, trying to build the bridge which can connect the theory with the practice. At the same time, we should reflect the theory to guide the practice, to graft the practice. Conversely, the teaching practice can test the theory so that we can improve the teaching quality as a whole. First of all, the study has collected some valuable documents and material about reflection on teaching in and out, deep analyzed the theory and practice about it at home and abroad and demonstrated the necessity to reflect teaching of the politics in senior high. According to the principle which is that the theory is integrated with the practice. We have carried out the practice and research into reflection on teaching during the course of political teaching in senior high so that we have grained the preliminary understanding and formed beneficial experience. Finally, we have put forward some advice on the reflection on teaching in politics. All in all, the purpose of the study is to connect the leading role of teachers with the main body role of students by the way of refection on teaching, helping teachers to connect the theory with the practice, thinking and action, to graft the conditional knowledge onto practical knowledge. Reflection on teaching is an effective approach to enhance teachers'ability of research and consciousness of problem, an approach to urge an experienced teacher to change into a studied teacher. It is also a way in which teachers can achieve self-development and improve their teaching quality. Practice demonstrated that we apply reflection on teaching to political teaching will help political teacher to develop their specialty and improve their teaching effect.
